2. How to resolve issues with our equipment?
Kindly email us detailing the problem. Including pictures or a short video will be highly beneficial.
We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the necessary steps toresolve it. If a part is broken, we will ship
you a new one free of charge within the warranty period.
3. How are replacement parts shipped?
We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on the actual situation. For small
parts, we use Express shipping.
